About Kevin Donaghy

Kevin Donaghy founded Donaghy Law Firm in 2005.  With over 22 years of Legal experience, Mr. Donaghy primarily practices in the areas of Business Acquisitions and Sales, Corporations, Contract Litigation, Incorporation, Real Estate, and General Civil Litigation.  

Prior to founding Donaghy Law, Mr. Donaghy worked for Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed in Orlando, FL as an attorney where he concentrated on Real Estate transactions, and Corporate work.  Mr. Donaghy then was General Counsel and Treasurer at EnviroWorks, Inc., where he managed finance and all legal matters for the $55 Million dollar Apopka based manufacturing company.  Later, he accepted a position as  General Counsel at Fiskars, Inc., where he managed the acquisition of companies ranging in size from $25 Million to $77 Million.  Finally Mr. Donaghy was General Counsel for RE/MAX of Florida, Inc., and RE/MAX North Carolina & South Carolina where he represented Master State Sub-Franchisers within the largest real estate company in the world.

Mr. Donaghy earned his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida in 1992.  Prior to that he passed the CPA exam while working with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in Orlando in 1989.  Mr. Donaghy earned his Bachelors in Science in Accounting from the University of Florida, Fisher School of Accounting in 1987.  

When he's outside of the office Mr. Donaghy enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children, golfing , and attending UF Football games.
